The Trishuli River is Nepal's most popular rafting destination, running alongside the main Kathmandu–Pokhara highway and offering Grade II–III rapids that are exciting for first-timers without requiring prior rafting experience. It's easy to combine with a Kathmandu–Pokhara drive (stopping to raft a section along the way) or run as a standalone half or full-day trip from Kathmandu. All safety equipment, an experienced river guide, and a safety kayak are included on every trip.
